Rodriguez: EITs worked; Emerson: Brennan wrong for CIA job

CIA officer Jose Rodriguez oversaw the enhanced interrogations of captured al Qaeda detainees until his retirement in 2007. Mr. Rodriguez says, "EITs worked."
