Are you a powerful woman leader who is tapped out, stressed out and burned out?

In this episode of Wellness Wisdom Camille interviews Felicia Pope from Infin8You, a stress-relief firm that helps high achieving women tap into their inner power to manage their energy, focus on their values, decrease overwhelm, and get more done.  Felicia will share with us her journey with being a "Superwoman" who was doing it all and being there for everyone, yet feeling depressed, disheartened, and ultimately not enjoying her life.

Felicia believes the power is within us to change our relationship to stress. Felicia will show us how she meets women where they are, helps them tease out what is important to them and what isn't, and helps them to see life demands as "fun."  She teaches concepts to help us balance the demands on our time and to be more focused and productive.

Felicia shares nuggets of her training, "T.A.A.P. The Stress Out of It", which teaches how to transition from stress to relief, and how you can make stress work for you.  Felicia shows how we can use powerful positioning to handle stress with more grace and ease.  She believes that when we have the tools to combat stress we will have more confidence to conquer what is holding us back. What if you could be less "busy" and more "productive?"  Learn to enjoy the ride with the ups and downs of stress.  Focus on what makes you feel good, let go of what doesn't, and improve your quality of life for good.

Listen in to Felicia's 3 tips to turn chaos to power.  Felicia's stress relief strategies are described in more detail in her upcoming book, The Secrets of a Stressed Out Superwoman.
