The show was presented by Jules Serkin @JulesSerkin & Dr John Sykes. The guests this week were Steve Wood phoning in from the Food Matters Live Exhibition at ExCeL in London. Followed by Deborah Thackeray  phoning in from the Gluten Free Expo in Rimini. Lastly Jules went to the recent Kent Young Chefs Award  & interviewed the winners; Senior Award – Prya Reynolds aged 14, from Darrack Wood Secondary School & Junior Award Jack Watson aged 11 from Skinners School.
