From Olympica Trials in the Shot Put out of the Univserity of Indiana, and studying Kinesiology, to transforming his own body from 335lbs to 220lbs in a little under 18 months, Ryan found a passion for fitness coaching and training.

Ryan founded Force Fitness, along with partner Wil Fleming, grew it into a very successful business and eventually sold it and joined the Fitness Consulting Group.
