This is the first week of a 12 week series, Choose to Move. Originally created by the American Heart Association, I have adapted the program to fit into your busy schedule. Each week, we will talk about new ways to help you get moving, get fit and stay that way.

  • Assessing where you are now with strategies to help you overcome "not wanting to do it"
