For the past 16 years, Jennifer has been in the healthcare field of nursing.  She had been feeling a desire for change, not only in her own health but in her career as well, so she made the decision to leave nursing to pursue Biofeedback.  Jennifer wanted a way to work on the root cause, not just symptom management any longer.  She was introduced to Biofeedback and was drawn in by the many ways to reduce stress and balance the body.  As a Certified Biofeedback Technician, Jennifer supports her clients holistically in regaining their health.  

Jennifer also believes that our emotions play a bigger role in our overall health than previously thought.  The thoughts and beliefs we hold from past experiences shape who we are and can impact our overall health in so many ways.  By learning to change our thoughts and negative beliefs to healthier patterns, we can improve our lives.

Biofeedback can not only support your body/mind/spirit during times of illness or stress but the effects have a ripple effect that help your body to heal in more ways than just physically.
