Erika Schuster and Sooo Yummy Bakery

Erika Schuster, owner of Sooo Yummy Baker is a home baker in Kingsland, Texas.  She is also a devoted wife and  the mommy of an 8 year old boy (Mathew) and a 9 month old little girl (Chloe).  She started Sooo Yummy in 2009, mostly baking cakes for friends and family. As her skills grew, she began to take orders for others in her community.  She briefly had a storefront cafe in Marble Falls, but quickly realized that it was not a good fit for her young and growing family. Baking from home allows her to take care of home and to also be there for her children while bringing in money to contribute to the house hold.

Erika holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Communications and she is has her certification in food handler safety. The home bakery operates under the Texas Cottage Food Laws. 

Soo Yummy is currently taking orders for Thanksgiving - pies, bread loaves, cakes, and cookies, with everything baked from the heart and with lots of love.
