"With a Brush of Love presents..." Joanne Lara

Ms. Joanne Lara is known as "The Autism Expert"  She is

currently the Technical Advisor/Consultant to the new FOX TV pilot, "TOUCH" starring Kiefer Sutherland and Danny Glover - (about a father with a 10yr old son w/ high functioning autism and is non-verbal.  He has an attraction to cell phones and can see into the future!) Very Cool!

She also holds a Master's in Special Education from Cal State, Northridge and a CCTC California Moderate/Severe Education Specialist K-12 credential. She's also taught in the LAUSD for more than 10 yrs where she worked exclusively with students with autism.  She also teaches autism movement therapy in Van Nuys, CA where she has a private academic and behavior consultation practice -  YOU MUST NOT miss this interview!
