Health Care Reform: How will Project Management play a role?

On March 23, 2010, President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act (ACA), which puts in place health insurance reforms to find measures for offering better care to individuals at a lower cost.  Due to the ACA, there has been a huge influx of new health care projects and initiatives being launched on both state and federal levels.  What has been the impact on the need for Project Management roles and process tools?  How has this change the Health Care business sector in the Washington, Metropolitan Area?
