Jackie Salit: independent vote victory in S.Carolina

Jackie Salit, Fairness Radio contributor and President of independentvoting.com reports on a federal court judge’s ruling that the Greenville Republican Party did not have standing to sue to close the South Carolina primaries.  IndependentVoting.org and a coalition of defendant/intervenors fought back the attempt to disenfranchise independents.  But what about the other voter suppression laws around the country?
