Chuck Thompson: the North is better off without the South.

Chuck Thompson argues that the North and South should split, that they are so different that they are practically separate countries now.  He points out in his new book Better Off Without 'Em that the South actually is socialist because it takes in more Federal money than it pays in taxes, so the capitalist North would thrive without the socialist South dragging it down.  What do you think?  Segment 1.
