Jim Cassidy knew since he was a young child that he could see and hear things that other people could not.  Being visited by the dead is nothing unusual for him.  Aside from being a caring parent, Jim does the unusual act of clearing entities and addressing the personal issues of those living with them.  He and his team believe in their efforts and helping others who need their services.  This is why they work for free.
