Angela Mandato - F-Bomb Replay

Due to emotions currently beyond our control ;) Rick and I have decided to take the night OFF – See here’s the deal, we have never, and will strive to never pretend to be anything other than that which we are – which, quite frankly, is HUMAN – and so, yes, we too, have bad days…  Today is one of those.

However, as it is our firm belief that while we are NOT hiding our angst, it is also our responsibility not to burden our listeners with our angst, so in the spirit of focusing only on the positive, Rick and I will be spending the next few hours focusing on the very amazing gifts that life has bestowed upon us, and working through our ‘f’ bomb moment with as much grace and ease as humanly possible.  With that in mind, we would like to play one of our all-time fave shows that speaks loudly to honouring your anger, your frustration and finding a way to lead yourself back to the light and love that is the core of our existence.
