Pura Vida Everyday

Pura Vida is perhaps the most often heard phrase in Costa Rica, almost a National Slogan, but what on Earth is Pura Vida?

Pura Vida is a special outlook on life. It is a philosophy that states that happiness is found in the simple things, in the manner in which one perceives life, how one relates to the world and values the details on a day-to-day basis.

So you can see that Pura Vida could be the slogan for Everyday Connection.  Outlook, perception and choice are what we are all about.  This afternoon's guests:

Rosemary MacGregor CRN, MS, our host at The Mango Tree Spa, is an absolute treasure.  Rosemary is a CRN, has a Masters in Psychology, and is proprietor of this amazing space.  She is an expert on breath and has spoken around the world on breathing.

Rosemary is owner and protector of this beautiful space.  She has an amazing facility here and it is obvious that the natural surroundings are at the topp of her priority list.  We at Everyday Connection have nothing but respect and appreciation for that!
