Dave Thrush has to be one of the BEST Sax Jazz solo artist’s in the world. Winning a Soloist award at the Reno International Jazz Festival at the tender age of 17, Dave went on to open for National acts such as Tierra, Charlie Pride and Freddy Fender. In 1980, Dave joined up with High School friend, Steve Taylor and went on the road with the now famous Christian artist. Dave recorded a solo CD entitled, “Thrush Hour Music to make it through your day” on the Sparrow Label and was nominated for a Dove Award.
