In the 1830s, 1840s, and 1850s in the midst of the revolution... Blacks who were freed, Blacks who were never slaves and Blacks who still had enslaved family members didn't lay down, they fought to end injustices all while the sting of the masters whip was fresh to the memory and the horror of having families split up and sold on the block was constant fear.
You however sit in front of your flat screen televisions with your Jordan's on and complain about the shit we don't have because of the white man yet you've not lifted one finger to aid in the revolution... ?#GetOutOfTheWay?
