We had the pleasure of meeting Bruce Sewick and Tom Roberts at the MAPS conference in April of this year and are excited to have the opportunity to interview them on our show. Bruce is a teacher, therapist and addictions counselor. His Master's thesis, Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy for the Terminally Ill is on line at: http://www.maps.org/research/sewick.html. Bruce is currently the supervisor of two clinical programs at a community mental health center in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago. He is also an adjunct at the College of DuPage and Wright Community College. His website is: www.brucesewick.com. Tom Roberts is author of Psychedelic Horizons, co-editor of Psychedelic Medicine (2-book set), editor of Psychoactive Sacramentals, teaches the world's only university cataloged course in psychedelics, started 1981, founder of Rising Researchers programs a psychedelic conferences, co-editor of online archive Psychoactive, Sacraments www.csp.org/chrestomathy, and originated the celebration of Bicycle Day.
