The first thing I realized when I turned the big "Two-Five", "I won't be on the top 25 under 25." After all, I am not where I hoped to be by the time I turned 25. Back in the 90's growing up in Montgomery County, Maryland, all throughout elementary school, I've always thought by the age of 25 I would be a house-hold name, some big time movie star, international singer, first trillionairre, etc. Yes trillionairre. My motto is "Why have a million dollar dream, when you can have a billion dollar dream;" in this case, a trillion dollar dream.  For that reason, I dream and kept dreaming.
Fast forward to now at 25, I am still dreaming. What have I done to make my dream an reality? What am I most passionate about? Do I want to continue another 5 years of my life just dreaming or do I want to begin living out my dream? . What have I done? Who am I? Why am I not in a closer walk with Christ than I should be? At this point I should know what I want to do in life. I should know what's God's will for my life. My passion should be clear. Yet, I still have no idea. Stuck. If my goal is to make it on the list top 30 under 30 then I have a lot of work to do in order to get there.
However, getting on some list shouldn't be your sole purpose of hustling. Do what God has called you to do. One thing I realized is that our passions, desires, and goal comes to us easily. It is what you love to do. What keeps you up all night, what excites you, your hobbies etc. You enjoy doing it whether you get paid to do it or for free. It's what you love to do. Once you discover that, then the next step is to figure out how to brand your passion.  How do I get paid to do what I love? This, my friend, is possible. It takes hard work, patience, and networking, but it is possible. Read my full blog: EncouragingDynamicWomen.blogspot.com.
