All it takes is for us to read the current headlines to remain in a constant state of worry and fear of the future. We claim to have faith, but for many of us fear creeps into our minds and takes hold more often than we care to admit.

Yet, in the midst of all our problems, there is still hope!  God did not create us to live in a spirit of fear. He desires for each of us to be successful, to thrive, to rise above our fears and circumstances, and to claim the abundant life he promised us!

Jackelyn Viera Iloff, Senior Advisor at Lakewood Church in Houston, TX, has written an empowering and uplifting new book What if You Could? Find Faith in the Face of Fear (Broadstreet Publishing, January 2018).

Her book challenges us to consider the crippling effects of fear and how they have prevented us from taking the next steps of reaching our goals in life. In What If You Could? Jackelyn asks

What if you...
...weren't afraid of other people's opinions?
...weren't afraid of failing?
...weren't afraid of the cost?

We are fully equipped by God to accomplish many things in our lives if we can learn to trust, believe and depend on him to conquer fear. Jackelyn’s book offers personal stories, wisdom, and practical advice on how to cast out obstacles that get in the way of realizing our dreams.

What if you could do anything? Do not let fear keep you from your destiny!
