On our grind, got some things on our mind.

Today is a chill day we want to dedicate this show to a real chill friend who passed away along with his wife to be Michael Myvett and Mattison Haywood. Two lovely, supportative, positive individuals and an even more dynamic and beautiful couple.

They will be missed but not forgotten. They have touched and already changed lives for the better.
