This week we will discuss the May 22, 2009 murder of young, brilliant systems engineer Broderick Dixon by a black policeman in the suburbs of Birmingham. The Jefferson County DA is pursuing murder charges against Chevis Finley, a policeman on the Brighton police force, who is the alleged murderer. Finley allegedly shot the 27-year-old Dixon three times in the back while chasing him more than 500 yards around the large apartment complex where he had been induced to come at 3 a.m. The trial has been delayed four times already. Why? There is a woman of mystery believed by some of Dixon's family and close acquaintances to have been involved in setting him up for the murder. Our featured guests will be Broderick Dixon's twin brother, Roderick Dixon, with whom he lived in Helena. Alabama; his mother, Deborah Dixon, and at least one witness to the events leading up to the murder. A number of other call-in guests are expected to tell what they know about the puzzling aspects of the murder of Broderick Dixon in Irondale, Alabama.
