Saturday, May 23rd (6pm EST/5pm CST) - This Saturday, on the Empowerment Hour Online University will be Ms. Carrie Waites; Dean of the School of Social Work at Norfolk State University (Norfolk, Virginia). Ms. Waites is responsible for the University's Distance Learning Program that took place in March 2007.
