Guilt is Good, Shame is Bad

Guilt is something God has given us to let us know that we've done something wrong.  Everyone knows what it feels like, and nobody likes it.  Believe it or not, that's a good thing.  Guilt should lead to repentance.  If guilt leads to repentance, that's good.  If feeling guilty leads you to feeling ashamed, that's not what God had in mind.  God wants guilt to lead you to Him.  Dr Pauline and Catherine have some good insights from God's Word about where guilt fits into a dunama life.
