Doulas

Doulas are a large part of the birthing - natural birthing - community.  More and more people in the U.S. are catching on that having a birth assistant like a doula with you during and after your birth can be a very helpful thing.  Listen this week as Dr Pauline and Catherine talk about this important part of the birth process.
