Dad's Authority in Childbirth

This week, Dr Pauline and Catherine will discuss a subject that can be pretty sensitive:  Dad's roll in childbirth.  Over the past 50-60 years, the roles for dads have shifted significantly.  For most of that time, dad's roll has been to stay out of the way and let mom birth the baby.  The mentality for many families was (and sometimes still is), "Trust the doctor, do what he or she says, and everything will work out OK."  The problem with that is, it takes away the authority that God has given to dads.  Men have a very important roll in marriage, and birthing, and this week, we'll take a look at it through a Biblical lense.
