Everybody wants to be healthy, right? So what's the latest diet out there to lose weight, get healthy. etc? God actually has quite a bit in the Bible about food. No, I'm not necessarily talking about all the laws in the old testiment about what people could or couldn't eat. I'm talking about eating in a way that honors God and truly nourishes you. If you want to truly be healthy, stop eating diet foods and start listening to what God has to say about what you should or shouldn't be putting into your body. Listen this week as Dr Pauline & Catherine discuss what the Bible has to say about food, nutrition, and what God's word has to say about it.
