2nd Guest:

Beata Rydyger, Registered Holistic Nutritionist

www.shelivesclean.com

I am a registered holistic nutritionist with a Bachelor in Health Sciences, a post-graduate certificate in Public Relations and a post-graduate degree in Holistic Nutrition who works as a health blogger and advocate for clean, healthy living. For years I suffered from gut problems and chronic stress and anxiety thanks to a high-paced job in the PR world and to poor nutrition dating back to my years as a former fashion and runway model. It wasn’t until I made health a priority in my life that I fell in love with whole, natural foods. I began making drastic changes in my life, went back to school to educate myself further and started a blog to share my knowledge in hopes that it would inspire others.

As a practicing Nutritionist in Los Angeles, California, I offer my clients tailored dietary, supplement and lifestyle plans based on a detailed one-on-one assessment covering everything from health concerns to future health and nutrition goals.
