About Gene White CMO, (Chief Motivational Officer), has been in the health and fitness business for 25 years. 

He started his career as a racquetball pro for the University Club of Dallas, one of the finest health facilities in the country. He  the  the Director of Racquet Sports at International Athletic Club. After IAC, he was hired as the Regional Manager for RRI Racquet Clubs. He founded Balance Personal Training, a very successful personal training company with 10 personal trainers on staff.

Gene then founded LIFT Fitness and Well-being. Gene has been a personal trainer for 20 years and is known as the “Trainer to the Stars”. His clients include, the movie Silkwood, starring Meryl Streep, Cher and Kurt Russell, Tanya Tucker, Leisa Hart ( the Abs and Buns of Steel video star), Sage Parker and James Naughton, star of “The Glass Menagerie” directed by Paul Newman.

Gene is also the author of the Corporate Well-being Program “The Infinity Plan – A Blue Print for Anti-Aging.” Gene has been a presenter to Honda of America, Fast Tax, Glen Eagles Country Club and EDS.
