Rev. Dr. Cynthia Hinson Graham is a native Orlando woman, a twenty-two year veteran educator with the Orange County Public School System, and is the mother of three adult sons: and grandmother of six grandsons: and one granddaughter, Gabrielle. Hinson Graham was a dropout in the 11th grade from Jones High School. Through sheer perseverance, belief in God, and encouragement from church, family, friends, and colleagues she pursued her dream. She subsequently became a graduate with degrees from Valencia Community College (A.A.), Rollins College (B.A.), and the University of Central Florida (M. Ed). She is also is a graduate of Harvard Divinity School- Summer Leadership Institute for Economic Development and Community Empowerment Class of 2000. Reverend Cynthia Hinson Graham is the Assistant Pastor of the New Covenant Baptist Church of Orlando, and she received her Doctorate of Ministry (D.Min) from the Asbury Theological Seminary on Saturday, June 4, 2011.
