Our moods, energy levels, neurological firings, sex drive, sleeping patterns and general stamina are some of the affected attributes of our being. His company, Natural Stresscare, teaches people and mental health therapist how food and nutrition can significantly affect ones mental health. Ellie Lara is the co-owner of Earthly Juices.
