Eating Disorders - The Most Deadly Mental Illness

Dr. Annie Abram and Mr. Jamie Shumake will discuss eating disorders.

Jamie D. Shumake, LMHC is a Clinical Supervisor at The Renfrew Center in Old Greenwich, CT.
Previously he worked as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Westchester.
Mr. Shumake is an adjunct professor at Long Island University, Westchester and Rockland programs.  He completed the Advanced Intensive Training in DBT with Dr. Linehan and Dr. Manning in 2008 and he is the Consultation Team leader for DBT Associates of Nyack.

Mr. Shumake received his Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University, C.W. Post. Advanced Intensive Training with Marsha Linehan, PhD.
