Today we are continuing a series: "All Kinds of Families", which will address step/blended families, gay families, single parent families, foster families, adopted families and traditional families.
Our guest is Cate Phillips, and she will share her experience about being a gay parent.

Cate Phillips joined her first debate team in 1993 and discovered her passion for the art of persuasion. She realized how easily transferable these skills were to a career in Sales and Marketing Having spent most of her professional career selling and consulting, she has been exposed to nearly every industry; those of significant focus have included higher education, manufacturing and IT. Cate truly loves lead generation and enjoys cold calling more than any other sales activity. She has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University. Cate and her partner, Jennifer, live in Milwaukee, WI. and share three wonderful boys aged 6, 4 and 2.
