After a loved one passes on; grief, fear, anguish and pain can totally over take you. This may not be the time to hear sounds, feel their presence or notice they are around. Sometimes, we need to process our grief as it is essential to feel it and move through it to heal our hearts and souls.

Paula began to have dreams that were trying to prepare her for the feelings and time of the experience she was going to have. It was also a gift to explore and learn how to help others sense their loved ones when all seems to tell us not to believe.
