Tiffany Gelpi is the Founder/President of CHANGE Collegian Network (CCN), an evangelistic and discipleship ministry, which operates on multiple college campuses, and offers weekly bible and apologetic studies, regular evangelistic outreaches on and off campus, annual conferences and men/women retreats, seasonal mission trips, church trainings, special events, and much more.

CCN also runs a year-round School of Leadership and Online School of Leadership program, which trains college students from various states, as well as CCN staff and volunteer workers. College students have grown from being lukewarm and fearful of sharing their faith to boldly proclaiming and defending the gospel both on and off their campus through one-to-one witnessing, open-air preaching, creative events, and the use of their unique gifts, talents, and abilities.
