Tonight I am joined by Bre Hougue and Laura Wright Landrum to discuss the legacy of Muhammad Ali. Bre is a native of Louisville, the hometown of Ali. She will discuss her earlier memories of the late boxer and activist, and how she incorporates his spirit into teaching. Laura is a baller-turned-boxer from Seattle. She discusses her journey into the ring, and the legacy of Ali outside of fighting.
Both women participate in the CDF Freedom Schools Ella Baker Child Policy Training Institute, and were interviewed at the historic Alex Haley Farm in East Tennessee.
