Now What?

I was a caregiver and while I should have been prepared and always thought I was, sadly the day my mom passed away I realized I was not and was suddenly faced with so many changes. i plan on speaking about all my thoughts and feelings on these changes and I hope in telling my story it will make others who are in pain, stuck or at a crossroad in their life realize there is hope.  Change is a very scarey place sometimes but with communication and staying in touch with caring people we can all find our way.
