Survival Joe admitted he was just an “average Joe” until he caught the vision of stocking up on food and seeds, growing a family garden, paying off debt and investing in tangible assets.  He began to be Survival Joe when he began to learn survival skills his great-grandparents practiced.

In his interview with Doctor Prepper,  Survival Joe admitted he was just a regular dad—but he couldn’t ignore the fact that a disaster was bound to happen that would affect his family. He wasn’t sure it would be a natural disaster, an economic collapse,  war, epidemics, solar flares knocking out the electrical grid, an asteroid hitting the Earth, or a collapse of the food system.

He quit worrying about it and decided to get prepared and not be scared. Living on the outskirts of Denver with his wife and four children, he decided to be a responsible husband and father and changed his mindset as h e became aware of the fragility of modern society. As he studied economics, he recognized that America was on the verge of bankruptcy.”

Listen as Survival Joe explains that it would be merciful if the country  only went bankrupt. That’s why every family needs to have provisions on hand––it’s really is common sense. And we need to know how to survive without all our gadgets and infrastructure.
