DocKarate is a new program offered by DocMagazine in association with DocRadio International, we air every Saturday night at 9 PM EST The Host and Executive Producer of the show is Kancho Daniel J. Vena, Ju Dan Hanshi Go, Inheritor of Ed McGrath's School of Isshinryu Karatedo & Kobudo and Founder of the IIAOKA, The Co-Host of the program is Renshi Kyle Forrest Go Dan Renshi Go of Team KIA and Board Member of Hanshi Phil Little's USIKA. Tonight on the program we intend to review the empty hand and kobudo kata's of Isshinryu Karate do. They are in the order that I teach them 1) Seisan Kata, 2) Seiunchin Kata, 3) Naihanchi Kata, 4) Wansu Kata, 5) ***Chinto***,  6) Kusanku, 7) ***SUNSU***, 8) Sanchin  Kobudo Kata's are as follows 1) Tokumine no Kun, 2) Urashi no Kun, 3) Shishi no Kun, 4) Kusanku no Sai, 5) Chatan Yara no Sai, 6) ***Kyan no Sai***, 7) Hama Higa no Tuifa, 8) Bo-Bo Kumite, 9) Bo-Sai Kumite. These empty hand kata's and kobudo kata's make up the formal curriculum for Isshinryu. It is to be practiced daily and should also be practiced several times a day.
