Tonight we’re talking about overeating, binge eating and food addiction on Diabetes Late Nite with musical inspiration from Kelly Clarkson

Earlier this year, Kelly Clarkson faced some serious criticism for her fluctuating weight after giving birth to her first child, River Rose.

British journalist Katie Hopkins said, “That’s not baby weight. That’s carrot cake.” The journalist went on to say, “She does look like she’s eaten her backup singers.”

Kelly Clarkson responded,”It doesn’t bother me. It’s a free world. Say what you will. I’ve just never cared what people think. It’s more if I’m happy and I’m confident and feeling good, that’s been my thing. And more so now, since having a family — I don’t seek out any other acceptance.”

Guests include the Charlie’s Angels of Outreach (Patricia Addie-Gentle RN, CDE) and Mama Rose Marie, Dr. Lori Shemek PhD, Megrette Fletcher MEd, RD,CDE and Musician, Songwriter and Life Coach, Cat Beach

Throughout the podcast we will be playing selected cuts from Kelly Clarkson’s latest album, “Piece By Piece” courtesy of SONY Music.
