Wrecked is a Chicago-based band featuring Tony Faflik – Vocals, Jeff Kylloe – Guitars, Paul Kowalik – Guitars, David Rosen – Bass and Billy Rios – Drums. Wrecked was first formed by Jeff Kylloe and Tony Faflik in early 2005 and was soon put on hold when Jeff joined Chicago legend David Shankle to record and tour with The David Shankle Group which included 2 very successful releases. Jeff played bass on the DSG album Hellborn that also included a DVD from the Magic Circle Festival filmed in Bad Arolsen Germany.
In 2008 Jeff would put Wrecked back together spending two years writing a new record but creative differences would cause everything to finally fall apart in January 2010 and now left with no band Jeff made a phone call that would change everything. Jeff called original vocalist of Wrecked Tony Faflik who was fresh out of a recent project of his own. The new Wrecked is much more aggressive and fueled in large part by anger and depression. Both Jeff and Tony do their best writing when they are pissed off and song titles from the new record include, Enemy – Broken – Selfish and Still Burning. The songs are aggressive but still commercial making melody and song quality the number one focus. Jeff points out that this is not that 70’s style riff rock he was writing and that this is more of a punch to the throat. Wrecked also has two guitarist now instead of one and this has left the door open for Jeff and Paul to write intense dual guitar rhythms that are very different at times but still flow together in a very aggressive and angry way. Rounding out this line-up is Billy Rios and David Rosen who control the backbone of this angry pissed off machine.
