What does it matter what we hear or say? What encourages people more, being put down or being encouraged?

Matthew 15:11 states, “It is not the thing that enters the mouth that defiles a man, but the thing that proceeds from the mouth that defiles a man.”

Is true that Africans or Zambians were lazy? In the case of Zambia we have a population of 13,000,000 people how can someone define the entire population that large lazy?Or that the whole country is full of people with bad work ethic. In some circles people believe it is a matter of definition. Let us now be specific, let us imagine Zambia had a population of 1 and that one is you. Would Zambians be described as Lazy then?
