The Cabinet

Our team takes a look at the recently announced Zambian Cabinet, which has  received with mixed feelings across the globe. Some observers have said that this "Cabinet has not a single Tonga, and actually, it is almost 80% Northern, Luapula and Eastern, with 5% Western Province and probably 15% mixed (probably), though some names are hard to know which province they come from..." Another one wrote, "Of all these new ministers..who have been ministers before either in MMD or UNIP. What were their major milestone achievements in those Jobs?"
