Charles Bentley, Medicaid Consultant for the Missouri Department of Mental Health,  talks about Medicaid and resources available to adults with low income.

Mr. Bentley, a public policy professional, was previously the Deputy Division Director of the Missouri Family Support Division.  In that capacity, he was responsible for policy development, training, and compliance for Medicaid eligibility, SCHIP eligibility, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Food Stamps, state supplemental cash assistance programs for persons who are elderly, blind or have a disability, Refugee Assistance, LIHEAP, and the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG). This included management of units responsible developing an automated eligibility system, quality assurance, and electronic benefit issuance.

He will talk about Medicaid requirements and resources available to individuals with low incomes.
