Felicia M. Phillips is Managing Partner of Fillips International, Inc. an Atlanta based sustainability consulting and training firm. Fillips International assists businesses with establishing the framework for their sustainable initiatives. Fillips International has assisted in business development, asset recovery, electronic recycling and environmental awareness. 

Ms. Phillips is the publisher of The Eco Review Magazine, an environmental magazine and the Visionary behind the Green Business Conference & Expo and Co-Founder of Pink Power: A MasterMind Conference for Women. In April 2011, Felicia was awarded the Phoenix Award by Mayor Kasim Reed for exemplary commitment to sustainability in the City of Atlanta.Felicia is currently the Co-Chair for the US-29 Eco Corridor in South Fulton.

As an environmental activist and motivational speaker her topics include: Not My Son: Overcoming Autism, Building A Green Economy, Mainstreaming Sustainability, Living Green: What’s In it for Me?, and other topics. She regularly participates on panels and has been a speaker for the Environmental Protection Agency, Women’s Employment Opportunity Project, International Women’s Think Tank, Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Policy, Urban League of Greater Atlanta’s Entrepreneurship Center, Fulton County Economic Development and other organizations.
