-Running successful businesses and working for some of the world’s leading multi-nationals, Kenyans abroad are an invaluable source of good practice. They are a ready source of human capital that Kenya needs to run its companies and grow its economy.

-Brain drain has resulted in professionals migrating to better paying countries, hence depleting our intellectual resources.

-I regard Kenyans in the Diaspora as our business ambassadors in their Countries of residence. Therefore, as citizens of Kenya, they deserve and must get the attention, respect and recognition of my foreign policy and be an integral part of it.
