A big piece of “whole life balance” includes work.  The importance of working is no different for people who have a developmental disability. (aka “diversability”)  Individuals have strengths, skills, passion, and talents that fit within business and work needs. Our job seekers are screened, skilled, and ready to work.
NACLWorks! Employment services, links job seekers & businesses. We also assist with on-the-job training at no cost. Supports can continue after hiring, again at no cost.
