Dear God What do You Believe?

I am always curious of these hotlines that say CALL and ask us anything so I came across an article from The Todays Show and It said if you call this phone number (334) 844-4244 it connects you to a University and they will try to answer any question you could possibly have.
So I called it, and here's what happened, I was curious to see if it was another scam or if they really could answer questions, so I stayed on hold. Although I realized I could be there for hours  my call was short but it was interesting to be able to hear this students perspective. Is it just me or people are afraid to have conversations?
Do I believe a phone operator from the a University can answer all my questions? Still unsure because at the end of the day we have our own minds, thoughts, experiences and beliefs but it was pretty cool to just talk like its 1995
