Introducing Myself..Again Co V ID

I wrote to the Prime Minister Boris Johnson on 12 & 14 Dec 2020 using FOIA.  He failed to respond. Boris Johnson UK PM caught Coronavirus (2nd time) and went into isolation.  I wrote the second letter of dis-honour on the 27 Dec 2020 no reply.  My computer frequently hacked by the international criminal gang. 

The Halifax bank changed my card detail without my permission the card run from 11 Nov to month 8 Aug. The refuse to reply to my letters. The detail given to a third party, computer hacked and change made to my on-line subscription..  I wrote to the Treasury direct regarding the E-bond, GMEI were unable to answer
