This week Karen Franklin and her daughter Laren King authors' of “Addicted Like Me”, discuss their addiction and how Step 8 and 9 helped them to move past it.

Step Eight: Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.

Step Nine: Made direct amends to such people whenever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.

What do these steps really mean and how can they help us to move into recovery and past our drug and alcohol addiction? These steps help us to truly begin the healing from our addiction, this week on Recovery Now!
