After Billpoint’s closing, she concentrated on eBay education and was involved in developing curriculum for eBay University and online educational tours and tutorials. In 2004, Sharon created and launched the eBay Education Specialist program which has been hugely successful and now has about 750 trainers around the country. The program is now available in several countries around the world. In 2007, Sharon began managing the Trading Assistant program and re-launched a new and invigorated program in February 2008. Before coming to eBay, Sharon worked in marketing at The Learning Company and Dialog Corporation.
